I love granola – it makes yogurt infinitely more satisfying. But most store-bought versions are soaked in sugar and fat. So I took matters into my own hands, and came up with a fabulous, crunchy and slightly sweet – but bursting with healthy redeeming qualities.
Bonus? It’s super easy to make!

- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool.
- Add dried cranberries and coconut. Store in an airtight container.

Girl, I LOVE your new format! I’ll have to give you some blog love cuz you do a lot of ethical eating stuff over here! Great granola recipe and I will def try this once it’s cooler outside. For whatever reason, granola makes me think of fall. Weird, right? LOL

Thanks Erin! I could see the granola/fall association… maybe it’s the colours!

Thank you so much for sharing this, I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. I only would like to ask, what do you mean under a ‘cup’, I mean the approximate quantity. Sorry for the lame question, just I need some directions because in my country we use different measurements. Thanks again!

I’m not sure how to describe what a cup is!
I wish I would have weighed the ingredients …
8 oz of liquid = 1 cup = small coffee/tea cup.
You could probably estimate the dry ingredients! 1/4 cup would be a small handful…
I’m really curious, what kind of measurements do you use?
