Hi! Welcome to Eat Clean Live Green. My name is Allison. I’m a 24 year old engineering graduate student from Calgary, Alberta.

Over the past year, I’ve  become really interested in the environmental impact of our actions, from public transportation to food consumption. Combined with a motivation to be healthier, I began reading more and more about what I could do to change my lifestyle. Eat Clean Live Green has become both a journal of the changes I’ve made, and tips for small changes that we all can make.

I truly believe that small changes add up, and my goal for this blog is to show how you, and I, can live a healthy lifestyle by making small changes!

I am an Ethical Eater. I believe that our purchases have consequences on our local economies and our health, that change comes from the ground up, and that every purchase can make a difference.

I hope you enjoy the recipes, exercising and green living tips that round out Eat Clean Live Green!
