I live in Alberta, and we have one of the first organic fruit wine producer and mead brewery in Canada.

For those wondering, mead is honey wine, and it feels like ren-faire every time you drink it.

This is exactly why I don’t blog every day. I try to blog when I have something worth sharing & I have the time to share it. I don’t want to show the same picture of my oatmeal every day or tell people I did the same thing fitness-wise that I did the day before. Have fun enjoying real life. :O)

I run b/c it clears my head.
I run b/c it reminds me of pretending to be the Black Stallion when I was little.

So refreshing to hear a runner actually say strength training and interval training are actually better.

Yes, this is part of Sarah’s blog tour – I am waiting to hear back from Sarah about my interview questions – when I do, I will post the interview!
